Can Complete Sample Registry entry

Specifies that a user / group is able to assess a sample, checking its status and finalising it.

boolean

is true (the user / group can finalise samples) or false (the user / group cannot finalise samples).

If this entry is not set to true for a user / group, the Sample>Check Progress and Sample>Final Assessment Menu entries in the Samples module will not be enabled for that user / group.
